Don't Think I've Forgotten

105 min.
This documentary sprung from an American filmmaker's interest in Cambodian rock and roll music from the 50s, 60s, and 70s. However, many of these musicians were presumably killed during the Khmer Rouge's genocidal regime. Their works were all but lost. Through interviews with surviving musicians and uncovered archival footage, this film highlights the resilience of art and the human spirit, and also preserves the memories of those deceased.
